WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 AUD
  • Standard Shipping: $12 flat rate on orders under $150

All orders are shipped within Australia using trusted national carriers.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: 3–8 business days

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order value.

DISPATCH & TRACKING

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

CEYLAI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

FAULTY ITEMS & RETURNS

We take great care in inspecting and packing every CEYLAI order. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.

How to report a faulty item:

  1. Email hello@ceylai.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
  2. Our team will review your request and advise next steps.
  3. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
